The Women’s Committee has worked diligently over the years to sponsor and implement this Annual Health Screening and Wellness Fair, which is open to any Marshall-Putnam Farm Bureau member. This year’s health screening comes with a number of program enhancements to improve your experience:

• Multiple health screening dates to fit your busy schedule
• This year you’ll have the option of receiving your results in the mail and/or online.
• Pay with cash or check.
• Broader testing options to include add-ons like: A1C, CRP, PSA, TSH, and Vitamin D, to name a few.
• Choose to schedule a consultation to review your results with a certified health coach.

Cost of the basic screening is $75.00

• These tests could cost hundreds out of pocket at your doctor’s office.
• Early detection is key in treating many chronic conditions: this screening could save your life.
• Give yourself piece of mind that you have a clean bill of health.

The standard Screening Package Includes:

• Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP) – this panel analyzes proteins, electrolytes, blood sugar, liver enzymes, and kidney function. It can indicate metabolic imbalances and signs of disease.
• Lipid Panel – this panel reviews cholesterol and triglyceride levels and can indicate heart disease and diabetes risk among others.
• Complete Blood Count Panel (CBC) – this panel reviews white/red blood cell counts and can indicate signs of immune imbalance, disease and anemia.
• Blood pressure screening.
