CFAP online application portal opens

Sole proprietors and single-member business entities may now apply for the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP) through an online portal. To access the portal, producers will need secure USDA login credentials, also known as eAuthentication. This allows producers to certify eligible commodities online, digitally sign applications and submit directly to their county Farm Service Agency office.

USDA still has two other options available for producers to complete and submit their applications. Producers may download the AD-3114 application form and manually complete and submit it by mail,
electronically or by hand to their county FSA office.

Producers may also complete the application form by using the CFAP application generator and payment calculator. This excel workbook allows producers to input information specific to their operation and generate an application form. The form can then be submitted to the producer’s county FSA office.

Those who wish to electronically submit form AD-3114 or the CFAP application generator to their county FSA office may do so through one of two online tools, Box or OneSpan. Both of these secure digital tools perform most effectively in a Google Chrome browser.

Those new to FSA programs are encouraged to call 877-508-8364 to receive one-on-one support from a USDA employee.
